These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fondy Trailer Rentals website and rental services provided by Fondy Trailer Rentals ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or renting a trailer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Proof of insurance covering the trailer is required at pickup
• All information submitted during booking must be accurate and truthful

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings made more than 48 hours in advance are auto-confirmed subject to trailer availability
• Bookings within 48 hours require manual approval by Fondy Trailer Rentals
• Payment card information is saved securely via Stripe for use only against approved rental charges, damage claims, or fees permitted under the rental agreement
• The signed digital rental agreement is legally binding and controls the specific rental transaction

3. Cancellation

Cancellation policies are outlined in each signed rental agreement. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking.

4. Trailer Use

• Trailers must be operated safely and only for lawful purposes
• You are responsible for towing the trailer within its rated load capacity and using appropriate towing equipment
• Trailers may not be sublet, transferred, or taken outside the state without prior written consent
• You are financially responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period as described in the rental agreement

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Fondy Trailer Rentals related to your rental. Messages may include:

• Booking confirmations and status updates
• Pickup and return reminders
• Approval decisions on pending bookings
• Operational notices about your rental

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may reply HELP for assistance. For further support, email fondytrailerrentals@gmail.com or call (920) 381-9770.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message delivery is handled through our SMS provider Twilio solely to send messages you have consented to receive. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Fondy Trailer Rentals and its carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fondy Trailer Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or a rental. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
