- Website analytics: anonymized page views, referral source, and device type via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics

- To send booking confirmations, receipts, rental agreements, and pickup/return reminders
- To send SMS text messages related to your booking (see SMS section below)
- To communicate with you about your account or rental

3. SMS Text Messaging
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Typical volume is fewer than 5 messages per booking.
If you provide us with a mobile phone number, we may send you SMS text messages related to your rental, including booking confirmations, pickup reminders, approval status updates, and operational notices. We also send SMS notifications internally to business owners regarding new bookings.
Consent: By providing your mobile number during booking, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fondy Trailer Rentals about your rental.
Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact fondytrailerrentals@gmail.com.
No sharing of mobile numbers: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used only to operate our rental service and is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as required to deliver the messages you have opted into.

- Service providers who help operate our business, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and Neon (database hosting). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
